TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE ANDORRA SNOW CHALLENGE DRIVING TRIP
- Experience : Snow driving course with the new Range Rover Sport at the Land Rover circuit in Andorra, including the use of vehicles and instruction by experts, accommodation (if the Drive Premium pack has been booked), meals and drinks (if the Drive Premium pack has been booked), as well as any other service that is part of the agreements to which these terms and conditions refer more specifically.

- Participant : Anyone who takes part in the Experience.
- Participation requirements : The requirements set out in clause 2 of these terms and conditions.
- Terms : These terms and conditions.

- Security : This website is password protected and uses an SSL connection to prevent unauthorized access.
- Payment methods : Online bookings require a Visa or MasterCard credit card. Your card will be automatically charged at the time of booking.
- Minimum age for purchase : The minimum age for purchase is 18 years.
1. Nature and requirements of the Experience
Participation in the Land Rover snow driving course in Andorra involves driving in exceptional conditions and carries an inherent risk of physical injury and damage to your property. These Terms and Conditions outline the requirements you must meet to participate and the other terms and conditions that will apply to your contract with Promotor Les Comes Special Events, SLU. By making your booking, it will be understood that you understand and accept the risks inherent in the Experience and any optional activities you have booked.
2.- Participation Requirements
A. Driving license / experience / age
To participate in the Andorra Snow Challenge snow driving event, you must meet the following requirements upon arrival and, where applicable, throughout your Experience:
- Possess a valid and current driving licence in the European Union or equivalent without any conviction for traffic offenses or serious offenses (including any accident with physical injuries of any kind) in the last (1) year.
- You must bring your original driving licence with you to the ski circuit and have it available upon arrival. Photocopies will not be accepted. International driving licences or licenses will only be valid if accompanied by a national driving licence.
- Be at least 25 years old at the time of participation in the Experience;
- Not being aware of any circumstances that may prevent or will prevent him from driving;
- For children under 12 years old to participate in the experience as passengers, the minimum height required is 1.35cm.
B. Physical health
To participate in the snow driving course, you must meet the following requirements upon arrival and, where applicable, throughout your Experience:
- Your eyesight (with glasses or contact lenses, if necessary) must meet the minimum requirements for driving in Spain;
- Not to suffer from any medical condition, disability, illness or other type of impairment that may affect or will affect your ability to drive safely during the test (taking into account the exceptional driving conditions that will be experienced).
- Not to be taking any medication (prescription or non-prescription) that may affect or impair your ability to drive safely during the test (taking into account the exceptional driving conditions that will be experienced). For these purposes, this includes any medication whose package insert advises against driving or recommends against driving while taking it.
- For non-driver passengers, you must not have any medical condition, disability, or other ailment that would prevent you from participating in the event, make the Experience unsuitable, or contradict medical advice. Furthermore, we do not recommend participation if you are pregnant. If, despite not meeting any of the above health requirements, you decide to participate in the Experience, you assume all risks that may arise, releasing Promotor Les Comes Special Events, SLU and Jaguar Land Rover España from any liability in this regard.
C. Requirements during the Experience
At all times during the Experience, you must meet the following requirements:
- You must follow and respect all instructions given to you and rules notified to you, and act in a safe, appropriate, and prudent manner, and with due consideration for other participants and all staff.
- Smoking inside vehicles is strictly prohibited, as is driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other substance that may impair your ability to drive safely (including medication during which driving is not recommended).
- At all times you will act with due caution and attention while driving or otherwise participating in the Experience.
- When driving or riding as a passenger, you must at all times wear your seat belt and any other safety equipment provided.
- You must not use your mobile phone, tablet or any similar device in any vehicle.
- You will be responsible for safeguarding all belongings you have brought with you to the test, such as cameras, glasses, wallets, and others.
- You must comply with all applicable traffic laws and regulations and will bear the costs of any speeding and parking fines while driving a vehicle on public roads.
D. Failure to comply with participation requirements
If we reasonably believe that you are breaching, have breached, or are informed that you have not complied with any of the participation requirements at any time, including upon arrival at the Andorra Snow Challenge event and/or during the Experience, we may cancel your booking and terminate your current or future participation in the Experience. For the avoidance of doubt, and without limitation, we may exercise this right if, in the reasonable opinion of an instructor or any other staff member, you are unable or unwilling to follow and comply with instructions and/or safety rules, or if you behave in an unacceptable or unreasonable manner. We may also prevent, restrict, or suspend your driving activities of any vehicle if you are involved in an accident or, if reasonably deemed by your instructor, are unable to maintain control of your vehicle.
In the event that we cancel your booking due to your inability to meet or your failure to meet the participation requirements before your arrival at the Andorra Snow Challenge event, you will be charged the cancellation fees specified in clause 11 and you will not be entitled to any refund, compensation or expense coverage.
In the event that we terminate your current participation in the Andorra Snow Challenge, either upon arrival or after you have arrived, due to your inability to meet or your failure to meet the participation requirements, we will not refund your Experience booking fees and you will not be entitled to any compensation or indemnification. We may require you to leave the event before the scheduled conclusion of your Experience, in which case you will be responsible for all associated costs, including, but not limited to, the cost of your transfer to the airport/train station and any flight/train change fees.
In all of the above cases, we will not refund you for services you have not enjoyed and you will not be entitled to receive any type of compensation or indemnification.
3. Clothing
Participants must bring warm, waterproof clothing, as well as appropriate footwear for driving during the Experience to ensure optimal contact with the accelerator and brake pedals. Neither Jaguar Land Rover Spain nor Promotor Les Comes Special Events, SLU will provide clothing or footwear to participants; therefore, it is their responsibility to bring the necessary equipment.
4. Language of the course
Spanish will be the language used for all instructions and communications that take place on-site.
5. Insurance.
Promoter Les Comes Special Events, SLU has contracted civil liability insurance for the driving test.
6. Travel arrangements not included in your Experience.
No refunds will be issued for unused services if you arrive late or are unable to attend the event for any reason, including but not limited to flight delays, cancellations, or other transportation issues . We recommend ensuring your travel insurance covers these situations.
7.- Changes to your Experience booking.
If you need to change your booking, please contact Promotor Les Comes Special Events, SLU as soon as possible so we can find a solution for you.
If you are unable to enjoy the Experience, you can transfer your booking to another person, provided that they meet the participation requirements and you notify us of the change at least 7 days before your scheduled arrival in Andorra.
8.- Cancellation of your Experience reservation.
Should you need to cancel your Experience booking after confirmation, you must inform us in writing immediately. Your cancellation notice will only be effective if we receive it in writing. Each participant who cancels their booking will be responsible for the following charges, which will be calculated from the date we receive the written cancellation notice:
A full refund will be issued if the cancellation is made at least 7 days before the hotel check-in date.
Once this period has passed, 100% of the contracted package will be charged.
9. Change or cancellation of your Experience by us.
It is possible that we may have to cancel or change your Experience booking after confirmation or make changes to the snow driving test program.
These will typically be minor changes that will not significantly affect your Experience. Minor changes include modifications to the published order of activities in your itinerary, substitutions for similar activities, and the use of different vehicle models than those advertised for driving activities. We may not be aware of the need to make changes before your arrival in Andorra, and/or these changes may occur during your Experience due to the exceptional circumstances under which the activities planned by the organizers take place. Such changes or cancellation of your Experience booking may also be necessary due to force majeure or if we have not received a minimum number of bookings to carry out the activities included in the Experience by the corresponding deadline.
In the event that the circuit must be closed to the public for safety reasons due to adverse weather conditions (including unusually high temperatures), we reserve the right to offer you alternative driving activities that do not take place at that location. This change will not entitle you to cancel your booking without paying the applicable cancellation fees.
In the event that we have to cancel your Experience before your arrival or make significant changes that you do not wish to accept, we will offer you, subject to availability, a place on another Experience of the same duration and itinerary. If we are unable to offer you this option or you cannot accept this offer, we will refund the full amount paid for your Experience booking. If we have to make changes to or cancel activities due to unusual and unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, the consequences of which we could not have avoided even with due diligence, or due to the absence of the minimum number of bookings, we will not be liable to you. This includes, but is not limited to, the cost of flight bookings or other arrangements associated with booking your Experience.
10.- Force majeure
Under these Terms, force majeure is any event that Promotor Les Comes Special Events, SLU or JLRE could not have foreseen or avoided even with due diligence. In relation to the Experience, force majeure primarily refers to adverse or unsuitable weather conditions that could result in the closure of the circuit, the inability to hold the snow event as advertised, or the complete impossibility of holding it.
Force majeure also includes, whether actual or threatened, fire, terrorist activity, industrial conflict, natural or nuclear disaster, epidemics, war, riots, and any other event beyond our control or the control of JLRE, whether occurring at the circuit, in its vicinity, or elsewhere. Unless otherwise stated in these terms and conditions, Promotor Les Comes Special Events, SLU, Jaguar Land Rover España, or any other party involved in the operation of the Experience will not be liable if Promotor Les Comes Special Events, SLU is unable or unable to perform its obligations under the contractual terms agreed upon by you and this company, or if you suffer any damage or loss or incur any expenses of any kind due to force majeure.
11. Responsibility for your Experience
(a) Your safety is our top priority, but you acknowledge that the Snow Driving Experience involves driving in exceptional circumstances with inherent risks that could result in damage to you or your belongings. By making your booking, you assume and accept the risks inherent in the Experience and any optional activities you may have booked.
(b) Accepts to assume responsibility for his or her own safety and that of others and for property through his or her own actions or conduct.
(c) In this clause, references to damages include, but are not limited to, claims, liability, death, personal injury, damages, expenses and losses of any nature whatsoever.
(e) Promotor Les Comes Special Events, SLU and Jaguar Land Rover España shall be liable respectively for death or personal injury caused by their own negligence or that of their employees and for any other damages, provided that such liability cannot be excluded by law. Unless otherwise expressly stated in these terms and conditions, Promotor Les Comes Special Events, SLU and Jaguar Land Rover España shall be exempt from liability for any damages, to the fullest extent permitted by law, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), statutory, or otherwise. Neither Promotor Les Comes Special Events, SLU nor Jaguar Land Rover España shall be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages of any kind, or for any damages that, based on the information provided prior to confirming the booking, we could not have foreseen you would suffer or that you would incur if we breached the contract with you. Furthermore, neither Promotor Les Comes Special Events, SLU nor Jaguar Land Rover España will be liable for any damages related to or connected with any business, including, but not limited to, loss of profits, revenue, earnings, contracts, business opportunities, reputation or goodwill.
12. Economic protection
Promoter Les Comes Special Events, SLU has insurance coverage that will guarantee the reimbursement of all amounts previously paid in the event that the service relating to the Snow Driving Experience cannot be provided.
13.- Vehicle Fleet
The vehicles are shown for illustrative purposes only and may not be available to drive on the day of the experience.
14.- Use of your image
You agree that the photographs or images taken during the Driving Experience may be used for the documentation of the event and/or for future promotional and marketing purposes, both by Promotor Les Comes Special Events, SLU, and by Jaguar Land Rover Spain.
15. Applicable law and jurisdiction
The law applicable to this contract and any dispute, claim, or disagreement of any kind that may arise in connection with the Experience and/or these Terms shall be Spanish law. The Spanish courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute or claim that may arise from or in connection with the Experience and/or these Terms.
16.- Final provisions
These Terms may only be extended, modified, or amended in writing.
If any provision of these Terms is declared void or unenforceable by any court of competent jurisdiction, it will be deemed deleted without affecting the remaining provisions.
